A preliminary discussion on the digitalization of the Ministry of Health and Mass Media and future measures for it was held recently at the Ministry of Health Auditorium under the patronage of the Minister of Health and Mass Media, Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa.
Identifying digitalization as a key priority for the health sector, establishing a strategic framework for implementing digitalization solutions, the objective of this discussion was to improve healthcare infrastructure through digital media and implement major projects (HIQI, HSEP, PHSEP) with international support.

Key officials from the Ministry of Health and Mass Media and the Ministry of Digital Economy joined this high-level meeting to explore collaborative opportunities for digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
