The Minister of Health and Mass Media says that all research in this country should be in line with the National Development Plan. The Minister of Health and Mass Media Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa said that research in all fields including the health service in Sri Lanka should be in line with the National Development Plan.
The Minister expressed these views after attending to investigate the current affairs of the Medical Research Institute in Borella, which is the oldest and largest medical research institute in the country, Joined a special discussion with all department heads, researchers and staff officers of that institution.
